Pink Floyd was very famous for its concept albums with the 1973 album The Dark Side Of The Moon being a top-selling disk for years. In 1979, Pink Floyd outdid itself with double album The Wall, which filled the rock top 20 for months, with 7 songs, including two number ones. Another Brick In The Wall, Part 2 spent seven weeks at number one rock at the turn of the decade, and became the top rock song of the 1980s. The album was later made into a popular cult movie.
