The Shocking Blue did not have another top 20 hit song, leaving it as a top 20 one hit wonder. The Shocking Blue followed-up with Mighty Joe, and had other songs out that received moderate airplay. In 1986, Bananarama remade Venus and the song became a number 2 hit. |
