Alan Parsons continued as just Alan Parsons sometimes and as The Alan Parsons Project or variants of the name after Eric Woolfson left. The greatest hit by The Alan Parsons Project was Eye In The Sky, a 1982 number 2 hit. On the rock side, the 1981 number 2 rock song Games People Play was the greatest hit by The Alan Parsons Project.
The 1982 number 19 rock song Sirius sequeyed into the song Eye In The Sky, and the two were frequently played together. Sirius was also used extensively on television sports, news, and other programs.
