Devo was a punk, dance, and alternative rock group. The greatest hit for Devo was Whip It. The only top 20 hit for Devo was Whip It was it. One song that made Devo famous was the punk remake of (I Can't Get No) Satisfaction, which had been a 1965 number one song for The Rolling Stones. Devo later remade Working In The Coal Mine, which had been a 1966 number 8 hit for Lee Dorsey.
